Luxury Static Leisure Homes - Open 50 weeks from 14th November to 1st November following year.

The park is for mature private home owners and friends and family paying an annual ground rent (see tariff) 15% commission payable on all sales/transfers.

These can be used for leisure occupation for 50 weeks per year. Previously occupied static leisure homes start from £7,995 and a new static leisure home start from £16.000.

All static leisure homes are sold with 25 year licence. Supplied and charged as extra are: water, refuse, drainage, local leisure rates applied per rota and LPG gas (tank or bottled) and metered electricity.
