A Luxury Lodge at Rhos Holiday Home Park provides the ideal solution if you are looking for a second home in the Heart of Mid-Wales area to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your own country retreat for occupation for 50 weeks per year. Services supplied and charged as extra to annual ground rent are as follows: water, refuse, drainage, local leisure rates applied per rota and LPG gas (tank or bottles) and metered electricity.

Our lodges provide the perfect holiday experience and have the added advantage that most plots look over surrounding farm land. All lodges are built to a very high specification to allow for a feeling of space and privacy we have an extensive tree and shrub planting scheme for each lodge plot.

As well as being surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside, there are fabulous walks close by and just a short drive away fishing lakes.

Our lodges provide a quality property that cost significantly less than a traditional property. Rhos Holiday Home Park is situated in beautiful countryside. Ground maintenance is carried out throughout the year and the staff are available to provide you with whatever support is needed. All lodges are sold on a 85 year licence (see tariff for annual rent and cost) 15% commission payable on all sales/ transfers.
